healing
i'm a full spectrum doula, which means i support people through the whole arc: birth, loss, and everything after. postpartum is where i do my best work.
the fourth trimester is the part everyone forgets. the attention goes to the birth, and then the house gets quiet and the hardest stretch starts. that's when i show up.
what i bring
i'm a trained chef, so i cook for the body you actually have right now. recovery, feeding, depletion, whatever's needed, made in your kitchen and left in your fridge.
i practice reiki, which i use for pain management and for the nervous system when everything feels like too much.
i've cared for children from newborns through pre-teens, so i'm comfortable with the baby and with the older sibling who suddenly needs something too.
holding space for you and your family during a big transition.
training
reiki
reiki sessions on their own, for anyone, not just new parents. i use it for pain, for sleep, and for the kind of stress that lives in your body rather than your head.
if you're expecting, or you're in it now, i'd love to hear where you're at.
