Brooklyn has been my home for 18 years, and this city shaped everything about how I work. I spent over 15 years in luxury hospitality at iconic NYC venues like Home & Guesthouse, 1Oak, and Marquee—where I learned that exceptional experiences create loyal people. That foundation in high-touch service is what eventually led me to community management: the same instinct, applied at scale.

Today, I specialize in building community programs from the ground up. Membership structures, ambassador initiatives, Discord ecosystems, and IRL events that turn audiences into invested communities. I've done this at Elsewhere Brooklyn and Refraction Festival, and I bring the same strategic and human-centered approach to every organization I work with.

Outside of work, I'm a Brooklyn DJ and certified doula. Two more ways I show up for community.
